About Us

Who We Are

Conscious Systems Engineering, LLC (CSE) is a Design Firm that provides Premium Aircraft Engineering, DER Approvals & Certification, and Design Services.

As a duly licensed Engineering Firm in the State of Tennessee, through Strategic Affiliations, CSE can now provide Services in Aerospace, as well as Architecture and Engineering in the Commercial & Residential Construction/Design Industries.

In  November, 2019, CSE was a Nationally Certified MBE by the NMSDC for NAICS Codes 541330, 541990, 336411, and 488190.



Current Projects

    To date, CSE has provided Engineering Support and DER Reviews of data packages for an A320 Modification in China, an HF Radio and Cockpit Door Surveillance System Installation for a Lessor-owned A320, and a B777-200 P2F Conversion Project for a Customer in Missouri, USA.

   In August 2021, CSE was contracted by NIAR WERX in Wichita, Kansas, to provide Electrical Engineering and Certification Support Services on their B777-300ER Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) STC Project.  NIAR WERX is only one of three (1 of 3) companies in the entire World that is undertaking a B777 P2F Conversion Program.  CSE is honored to be a part of this historic undertaking.

     Although adversely affected by the Global COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, CSE was able to achieve two primary goals:  Architectural and Engineering licensure in Tennessee;  and CSE's Founding Member was able to receive appointment as an Electrical Systems & Equipment Consultant DER from the FAA. 

Previous projects include A319 ELA Reports,  a B737-300 DFDAU upgrade design, two ADS-B Out Upgrade designs and two Flight Management System (FMS) upgrades for a Client based in San Antonio, Texas, and an ADS-B Out B737-300F Design Package for a customer based in the United Kingdom.
